I can't say enough about the two ladies in customer service. Barb Osborne and Barbara were so nice. I was there to visit my niece in the hospital and got a call while I was checking in they had placed her in a ventilator. Both of these ladies were quick to say comforting words to me That to me is service way beyond what you expect.

The absolute friendliest and nicest staff. They made everything so easy, were so quick with anything we needed, and just overall wonderful. The staff alone makes it worth choosing this location. It's located in a nice area, close to so much, Uber eats delivers here, the breakfast was better than a continental breakfast. The beds are super comfy, can't say enough positive things about it.

Nyah was so sweet and bubbly when she checked us in. Definitely a bright spot at the end of an exhausting day. I love that all of the artwork was local. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property was great. The staff was very kind, the room was clean, the shampoo and conditioner was amazing. Nice outdoor pool that my kids enjoyed. I Checked in right from my phone and skipped the front desk. Also breakfast is FREE big plus.

Everything from the front desk clerk/check in and out (friendly staff), the 5 night stay, location, cleanliness. Nice comfy beds, great shower. Everything you left home, you can purchase within a 1-5 miles radius, the lady who prepared breakfast was very nice every morning. She greeted every everyone, asked if everything was ok. Restaurants, shopping malls nearby. So inviting to visit a place with a warm environment. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommended. Family and I loved it.
